Account Manager (Institutional)

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned institutional accounts, managing onboarding and deployment of new users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, implement workflow improvements, and track and maintain organized workflows.
• Monitor platform usage, identify opportunities to drive engagement, and support client meetings with preparation of materials and actionable insights.

• High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, client-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, technical fluency with SaaS platforms, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Deep understanding of financial services workflows, client engagement strategies, or enterprise technology platforms
• 5+ years in client management, account management, or operations within financial services, wealth management, or technology-driven environments
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement
• Proven track record of managing high-value or complex client accounts and driving measurable results
• Prior experience managing client relationships with institutional banks or large financial institutions; experience with estate planning is strongly preferred
