Director of User Experience

Join our team as the Director of User Experience (UX), where you will be the visionary and operational leader for the UX organization. You will shape the design strategy, optimize DesignOps, integrate emerging technologies like AI, and ensure cross-functional alignment. Your leadership will empower and mentor UX Managers, drive organizational growth, and cultivate a high-performing design culture. You will also own the long-term strategic plans for the UX organization, establish a clear vision for AI utilization, and ensure brand alignment in all product experiences. Additionally, you will maintain operational excellence, facilitate collaboration, and act as the primary UX liaison with other departments.

• Assurer la direction stratégique et opérationnelle de l'organisation UX, en développant et en exécutant des plans stratégiques à long terme.
• Diriger, encadrer et favoriser la croissance professionnelle des responsables UX, en veillant à ce qu'ils comprennent clairement les objectifs trimestriels.
• Agir en tant que principal liaison UX avec les leaders des départements Produit, Ingénierie, et Expérience Client, en facilitant la collaboration inter-départementale.

• Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, align design strategy with business goals, and lead collaborative workshops
• Technological Literacy: Forward-thinking approach to emerging tech, with proven experience or strong capability in integrating AI into both design workflows and product features
• Operational Acumen: Strong background in DesignOps, scaling design teams, and optimizing cross-functional product development processes
• Experience: 8-10+ years in UX Design, Product Design, or related fields, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role managing other managers, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree
• Multidisciplinary Expertise: Experience directly managing and integrating adjacent design disciplines, specifically UX Research and UX Writing/Content Design
