Senior Director of Executive & Internal Communications

Join Sprinklr, a leading customer experience management platform, as the Senior Director of Executive & Internal Communications. In this role, you will lead executive and employee communications programs, develop compelling narratives, drive organizational alignment, and ensure employees understand and connect to Sprinklr's strategy and priorities. You will partner with senior leaders, manage internal communication strategies, and lead a high-performing communications team. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in executive, internal, corporate, or strategic communications, with a strong business acumen and exceptional writing abilities.

• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, authentic, and impactful communications that connect business strategy and leadership messaging.
• Lead the creation of executive presentations, leadership messaging, company meeting content, organizational announcements, and strategic communications.
• Drive consistency and alignment across executive messaging and leadership communications, ensuring employees understand and connect to the company's strategy.

• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong business acumen and executive presence
• Experience working across global organizations and diverse employee populations
• Significant experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, complex organizations
• Curiosity and comfort with AI and emerging communications technologies
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
• SaaS, enterprise technology, and/or public company experience preferred
• Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills
• 12+ years of experience in executive, internal, corporate, or strategic communications
• Experience leading communications programs during periods of transformation, growth, or organizational change
