At least 1 year of HHA experience A valid New York State HHA Certificate Proof of eligibility to work in the United States A physical exam completed within the past year PPD or QuantiFERON testing completed within the past year, or a chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years MMR immunization documentation within the past 10 years Apply Today!
