Must be flexible and willing to work or be on call during weekends, as needed. This shift operates seven days a week.
Swing Shift – Warehouse Picker/Packer
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Pay:
$16.75 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. This position involves picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and supporting daily shipping and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations.
Candidates must have a valid Food Handler Card and wear approved safety footwear that meets the required ASTM safety and slip-resistance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pick products accurately according to order sheets, pick lists, or inventory system instructions.
Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
Assist with shipping responsibilities, including preparing shipping labels, verifying orders, and staging packages for shipment.
Check products and quantities for accuracy and quality before packing.
Organize, sort, and stage products in designated warehouse areas.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and warehouse safety procedures.
Meet daily productivity and order accuracy expectations.
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order discrepancies or shipping issues.
Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Valid Food Handler Card.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to follow all food safety and workplace safety requirements.
Ability to wear the required approved safety footwear throughout the shift.
Availability to work the selected shift consistently.
