Senior Recruiter

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in executing strategic sourcing and recruiting initiatives to attract top talent across the organization. This role serves as a subject matter expert in recruitment best practices, proactively partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective, timely, and compliant hiring processes. The Senior Recruiter will lead complex or high-impact searches, provide informal guidance to other recruiters, and help drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategies.

The Senior Recruiter will provide a full suite of recruiting services for our scientific laboratories in the US and Canada from sourcing to delivery of diverse candidates.
