Growth Marketing Specialist

Join our Growth Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for running growth channels and new experiments to deliver MaintainX pipeline and build the future of core marketing investments. You will design and run structured tests across various channels, manage a growing test budget, analyze data to make informed decisions, and partner with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer acquisition strategy and grow into full ownership of specific channels.

• Contribuer à la gestion des canaux de croissance et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles expériences pour atteindre les objectifs de pipeline de l'entreprise.
• Concevoir et exécuter des tests structurés sur divers canaux payants, en analysant les données pour déterminer les expériences à développer ou à arrêter.
• Gérer un budget de test croissant, en déplaçant les dépenses vers ce qui fonctionne pour améliorer l'efficacité, et prendre la responsabilité complète de 1 à 2 canaux.

• Experience co-managing $250-500K+ in annual performance marketing spend
• A track record of structuring clean tests, measuring impact and making clear recommendations
• Time in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS
• Practical experience using AI tools in campaign or creative workflows
• Working fluency in analytics tools and a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau) to pull insight and act on it
• Hands-on experience running performance campaigns and budgets on paid social, programmatic, content syndication or similar demand channels
• Experience with offline channels such as direct mail or streaming audio
• Paid search (Google/Bing) experience (NOT part of role)
