Job Description
Join Partly, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the repair industry with AI technology. As an Account Manager, Appraiser, you'll work directly with customers and vehicle claims appraisers, managing the customer relationship end to end and driving the success of our innovative product.
- Pilot and program management: Run pilots and programs end to end, plan the rollout, train teams, and own a successful outcome.
- Customer relationship management: Own the customer relationship day to day, be the trusted contact for users of the product, and resolve issues.
- Value demonstration: Prove the value of the product, agree on success measures with the customer, track them weekly, and report results.
