Senior Technical Recruiter (Infrastructure)

Join our team as a Senior Technical Recruiter (Infrastructure) and take charge of full-cycle recruiting for technical roles. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, collaborate with recruiters and sourcers, and use various tools to track candidates and improve outreach effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, experience hiring for specialized technical roles, and comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows.

• Gestionar el proceso completo de reclutamiento para roles en equipos técnicos, desde la búsqueda inicial hasta la aceptación de la oferta.
• Construir y mantener una base de candidatos utilizando estrategias de investigación, contacto y búsqueda más allá de las aplicaciones entrantes.
• Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para definir los requisitos del rol, alinearse con los perfiles de los candidatos y proporcionar actualizaciones sobre el progreso de la contratación.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring for specialized technical roles
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using research, outreach, and recruiting tools
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and provide clear updates on pipeline activity, challenges, and hiring progress
• Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows, with an interest in building new custom tools to improve sourcing, research, and candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once and adapt to changing hiring priorities while maintaining organized workflows
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (such as Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (such as Gem or similar platforms)
