Staff Product Manager (Community Builders)

Join Reddit, a community-driven platform, as a Staff Product Manager in the Community Builders team. In this high-stakes role, you will define the future of communities on Reddit, leading product work that focuses on discovery, contribution, community identity, recognition, and emerging community formats. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous user and ecosystem problems into compelling product direction, moving fluidly from strategy to product detail and from early exploration through launch, learning, and scale.

• Identifying major opportunities to evolve communities on Reddit and turning them into a clear product strategy and roadmap.
• Leading zero-to-one community experiences from problem definition through launch, learning, and scale.
• Building a deep understanding of members, contributors, community builders, and healthy community dynamics, and translating those insights into high-quality product experiences.

• Staff-level consumer product experience owning meaningful product surfaces or systems with measurable user impact
• Excellent cross-functional leadership with Design, Engineering, Data, Research, and partner teams; able to resolve dependencies and divergent goals with little direct manager involvement
• Track record leading ambiguous zero-to-one or major product-evolution work from strategy through launch and learning
• Exceptional product sense, including strong user intuition, problem framing, prioritization, UX judgment, and product taste
• Experience shaping product bets across multiple surfaces, user journeys, teams, or parts of a broader consumer ecosystem
• Strong analytical judgment, including defining success metrics, interpreting evidence, and changing direction when needed
• Experience evolving mature product systems or designing for multi-sided ecosystems with distinct user needs and incentives
• Experience shaping user participation, identity, contribution, belonging, or reputation
• Experience with community, social, creator, UGC, or marketplace products
