Enterprise Account Manager

Join Material Bank as an Enterprise Account Manager, where you will lead relationships with our largest Brand Partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor, develop long-term account strategies, guide Brand Partners through renewals, and identify opportunities for expansion. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive account success.

• Genuine fluency with data, able to work with data sets to identify trends and opportunities as well as formulate insights helpful to account success
• Travel required with the intention of face-to-face account meetings and professional networking
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic or enterprise account management within design, building product or related A&D industries, with direct renewal and expansion accountability
• Proven ability to build relationships as a strategic partner ensuring lasting account relationships
• Experience carrying a multi-million enterprise account level book of business
• Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to connect with senior audiences
• Unwavering accountability, adaptability, and drive to deliver results and care for your accounts
• High level of judgement when it comes to determining what matters and what doesn't, and standing behind the trade-off
