People Operations Manager

Join Prosper, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, as a People Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and the HR technology stack. You will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and strive to make processes efficient. You will report to the Director of Total Rewards & People Operations and have one direct report. Your responsibilities will include managing ADP Workforce Now, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, developing reports and metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing HR vendor relationships. You will also collaborate with the Benefits and Payroll teams and manage Prosper's immigration program.

• Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and the HR technology stack, ensuring efficient and compliant practices.
• Serve as primary owner and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, partnering with HR leadership and IT to evaluate, roll out, and maintain scalable HR technology roadmaps.
• Establish data architecture and governance protocols to safeguard data integrity, streamline administrative workflows, and continuously drive process automation and efficiency.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge in HRIS system set up and administration (ADP preferred)
• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, including 3+ years direct ADP experience preferred (Workforce Now module a strong plus)
• Effective project management skills
• Strong Excel proficiency and analytical skills
