Manager of Accounts Payable

Join Robinhood as a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable. In this leadership role, you will have end-to-end ownership of AP operations, drive process maturity, automation, and strengthen controls across a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environment integrated with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will oversee daily payment processing, system implementation/upgrades, process improvement, and ongoing optimization. Additionally, you will identify and lead automation initiatives, design and implement structured processes, establish performance metrics, and manage specialized payment operations. You will also build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships and lead, mentor, and develop AP team members.

• A consistent record of role stability and tenure in prior positions
• Minimum 7–8 years of core Accounts Payable experience in a comparable business environment, including a P2P system integrated with an ERP platform
• Working knowledge of non-USD and manual payment processing, Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST, and Form 1099 requirements
• Proficiency with P2P, ERP, and corporate spend management tools — direct experience with Coupa, Oracle, Brex, Ramp, Navan, or Workday strongly preferred; ability to apply best practices from comparable systems (e.g., SAP, Concur) also valued
• Hands-on experience with PO matching (2-way/3-way match), invoice exception handling, and vendor reconciliation
