Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM)

Join Tennr as a Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) and play a crucial role in shaping our revenue organization. In this unconventional recruiting role, you will work closely with GTM leaders to refine role requirements, set hiring strategies, and improve recruiting processes using AI. You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, design and manage candidate pipelines, and represent Tennr externally. Enjoy meaningful equity, unlimited PTO, and a vibrant in-person culture.

• 1 to 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong record closing customer-facing roles
• Experience with Ashby preferred
• Exceptional communicator who writes compelling role narratives and delivers a high-touch experience to candidates and stakeholders
• Strong partnership with hiring leaders: you influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on Sales and GTM roles
• Ability to manage high-volume, complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
