Product Strategy & Operations Lead

Join Google Cloud as the Product Strategy & Operations Lead, where you will drive the Google Cloud Security product line and the integration of Wiz. You will manage cross-functional operations, implement integration frameworks, oversee finance and headcount allocations, handle strategic vendor management, craft executive communications, and lead global event portfolios. This role requires a bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience in business operations or strategy consulting, and a proven track record in navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional leaders.

• Coordination and management of cross-functional operations, implementation of integration frameworks, and oversight of finance and headcount allocations.
• Directing the operational framework for Google Cloud Security products, working closely with finance, people partners, and cross-functional teams to set targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Leading and aligning operational initiatives across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience managing executive-level communications, operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs), and complex stakeholder alignment across technical and business functions
• Experience managing operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff, or program management in a high-growth technology or cloud organization
• Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, including post-merger integration (M&A) or joint business initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize and drive adoption of AI/ML tools to boost organizational velocity
• Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional leaders without formal authority
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to C-level executives
