Growth Marketing Generalist

Join WorkOS, a developer-focused company, as a Growth Marketing Generalist. In this hands-on execution role, you will manage campaigns, events, and content, taking programs from brief to live. You will work closely with the Growth lead, sales, design, and product teams. This position offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to build a range of skills across the growth function.

• Domain Understanding: Enough technical context to understand what a developer tool does and why someone would buy it
• AI-Native: Hands-on experience building with AI-native tools, using LLMs, agents, and automation in your own marketing workflows
• Executional Strength: A track record of reliably shipping marketing work end to end, on time and with the details correct
• Experience: 2-4 years in a marketing role at a B2B software or technology company, ideally one selling to a technical audience
• Project Management: Run several programs at once, keep track of the moving pieces, and follow through without needing to be chased
• Self-starter: Previous startup experience, particularly in high-growth PLG organizations
• Writing Ability: Clear writer who can adapt to a brand voice and write for a smart, skeptical, technical reader
• Events Experience: Hands-on experience running or supporting events, from small dinners to conferences
• Tooling: Comfortable in a modern marketing stack, including marketing automation or email tooling, a CMS, and analytics
