Senior Project Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Project Engineer, where you will lead and execute medium-sized technical projects, ensuring successful integration of engineering solutions and driving innovation within the team. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, manage key programmatic functions, and interface with key customers and stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical foundation, extensive engineering expertise, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Lead and execute medium-sized technical projects, ensuring successful integration of engineering solutions and driving innovation within the team.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, managing key programmatic functions, and ensuring projects meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between IT, Cyber, NetOps, and Software Teams for both Unclassified and Classified environments under the direction of the DevSecOps Manager.

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Big Picture, etc.)
• Ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of IT operations, security principles, and software development
• Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies
• 3-5 years of project management experience in technology environments
• This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between different technical teams while understanding the unique requirements and constraints of DevSecOps deployments
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
