Team Lead of Mid-Market Sales

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, coaching them through tough calls and helping them close deals.
• Own the sales targets and pipeline health, ensuring accurate forecasting and achieving bookings targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and continuously improve the mid-market sales motion.

• Proven success running a consultative motion with mid-market customers
• A track record at a high-growth SaaS or data platform company
• A genuine coaching mindset — you measure your success by your team's growth
• Command of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years leading a sales team
• Comfort in the room with CMOs, Event Marketing Managers, Demand Gen, and Revenue leaders
