Project Manager

Join our team as a Project Manager, where you will lead the execution of projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for creating project plans, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to the approval process. You will collaborate with all agency teams, develop timelines, and manage projects to remain on time and budget. Additionally, you will conduct internal reviews, maintain daily communications with team members, and manage the financial tracking process for the project. This role requires 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a Pharma agency environment and a Bachelor's Degree.

• Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion, including budget determination, project scheduling, and resource management.
• Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project plans, manage workflow, and ensure adherence to the approval process.
• Manage the financial tracking process for the project, including creating job status reports, attending accounting meetings, and flagging overages.

• Experience with timeline development and budget management required
• Must have an enthusiastic desire to continuously learn, evolve and innovate
• Workfront and Jira experience required
• Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to establish and build productive relationships with diverse personalities
• PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
• Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
• 2-5 years project or account management experience in Pharma agency environment
• Bachelor’s Degree required
