Digital Marketing Associate

Join our Growth Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Associate. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and strategically deploying a multi-million dollar advertising budget. You will build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, coordinate with external ad vendors, collaborate with our creative team, and ensure compliance and accuracy in marketing materials. You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations, and be comfortable with both creative and analytical tasks.

• Construire et déployer des campagnes de marketing numérique sur plusieurs canaux tels que Meta, YouTube, Search, etc.
• Coordonner avec des fournisseurs de publicité externes et collaborer avec l'équipe créative pour produire des supports marketing.
• Utiliser des outils de gestion de projet pour gérer les demandes créatives et suivre les performances des canaux.

• Working knowledge on digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools such as A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels
• An extremely keen eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple projects organized and moving forward on schedule
• Proactive, self-motivated learner who enjoys honing their craft and becoming better each day
• Flexible and willing to adapt approach based on performance and business goals
• Previous experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem (ex: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager)
• Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others, excellent communication
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations
• Experience with project management tools (ex: or Asana)
• Persistence in problem-solving; willing to “try things out” and iterate to find solutions
