Head of Software Product Management

Join Formlabs as the Head of Software Product Management. In this role, you will lead your team through the full product life cycle, impact decision making across various disciplines, and be a product thought leader within the company. You will also mentor and develop existing team members, prioritize hiring top talent, and navigate ambiguity to create a roadmap for success. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably with a background in computer science or embedded engineering.

• Lead the product management team through the entire product life cycle, from conception to commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to make informed decisions that impact software and hardware products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and anticipate market needs.

• At least 5 years of experience in a product management role
• Preferably have a computer science or embedded engineering background
• Drive processes forward and have a bias for action
• Enable your team to do their best work
• Previous experience leading a team with 5+ direct reports
• Experience in B2B tech space
• Experience scaling teams
• Track record of leading high performing teams
• Started a company/new product from scratch before
