Staff Product Manager (Data Supply Expansion)

Join Plaid as a Staff Product Manager (Data Supply Expansion) and lead the charge in expanding our data offerings beyond bank data. In this 0-1 role, you will set the multi-year strategy for non-bank data supply, execute against a one-year plan, and make critical build, buy, and partner decisions. • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie à long terme pour l'expansion de l'approvisionnement en données non bancaires, en se basant sur les besoins des produits et des clients.
• Diriger une équipe d'ingénieurs pour développer et lancer la première offre de données non bancaires de Plaid, en démontrant une dynamique et un impact rapides.

• Leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication :You should be comfortable working cross-functionally (engineering, data, product) and influencing without direct authority. You must be able to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, drive alignment, and make trade-offs crystal clear
• Analytical rigor: You are comfortable working directly with data, cost models, and operational metrics to make and defend complex decisions
• Deep technical fluency: You can reason about large-scale systems, load management, API platforms, and machine-learning models and engage engineers as a close product partner
• 8+ years of experience, including 5+ in product management or equivalent founder/operator roles
• Platform & systems thinking mindset: You think in systems, and design for reuse and the long term
