• Construire et améliorer des microservices Golang évolutifs pour alimenter les systèmes d'éligibilité, de couverture, de facturation et d'interaction client.
• Automatiser et rationaliser les flux de travail opérationnels, en aidant à réduire la manipulation manuelle des données et à améliorer l'exactitude et la disponibilité des données des membres et des clients.
• Contribuer aux API orientées client qui permettent un échange de données transparent entre Virta et nos clients.

• Being a champion of long-term thinking and striving to make a business impact without sacrificing engineering quality
• Experience with Golang
• Experience building microservices in production
• Strong communication skills and a proven history of interfacing with business-level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical alike
• Experience with data and event-based architectures (API development, SQL/NoSQL datastores, messaging queues, etc.)
• Experience with a cloud platform such as Google Cloud, AWS and/or Azure
• 5-7 years of shipping backend code in a high quality production environment, with exposure to data centric systems
• Exposure to healthcare, fintech, or other regulated domains where data integrity is paramount
• Light frontend skills for full-stack moments
• Practical use of AI tools to accelerate development workflows or enhance data processes
