Field Marketing Manager

Join our team as a Field Marketing Manager, where you will drive regional marketing initiatives that align with sales priorities and accelerate pipeline growth. You will collaborate with various teams to execute integrated campaigns, plan and manage impactful regional events, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. This role requires a proactive marketer with a strong background in field marketing and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• This role will primarily support sales teams across the Central and Eastern U.S. regions. Candidates should be located in the Central or Eastern time zones and be comfortable supporting multiple geographies as business needs evolve
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
• Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and French preferred for regional engagement in Canada
• Proven success in designing and executing integrated programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
• 3–6 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
