Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer (3D Sensor Simulation)

As a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on the 3D Sensor Simulation team, focusing on creating high-fidelity synthetic data for training and testing autonomous vehicle AI. You will design, train, and validate ML models to improve the realism of simulated sensor data, collaborate with various teams, and mentor engineers and interns. • Design, train, and validate machine learning models that enhance the realism of simulated sensor data in autonomous vehicle simulation pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced 3D reconstruction techniques and improve sensor realism metrics.
• Mentor engineers and interns, and establish best practices for training and deploying machine learning models on sensor data.

• 5+ years of experience developing ML models in Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Industry experience applying ML to sensor data (lidar, radar, and/or cameras)
• Solid understanding of customizing, tuning, and validating ML training pipelines
• 2+ years of prior experience as a Technical Lead
