HR Business Partner

In this role, you will provide support to management at all levels, drive HR strategies focused on talent management and employee engagement, and oversee the full employee lifecycle. • Provide support to management and employees on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment processes.
• Execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Advise, coach, and guide managers and employees on complex employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational challenges.

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Working familiarity with US employment law and general awareness of how HR practices differ across jurisdictions
• A proven track record advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees, and being seen as a credible, trusted voice in the room
• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience within a high-tech/technology company, ideally supporting a global or multi-site organization
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions is a strong plus
• The ability to influence and advise business leadership with confidence and clarity, even in ambiguous or sensitive situations
• Hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience
• Solid working knowledge of HR policies, processes, and best practices, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in a fast-scaling environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and organizational layers in a global, fast-growing company
