Corporate Legal Specialist (Paralegal)

Join our crypto-focused business as a Corporate Legal Specialist (Paralegal). In this role, you will support legal and compliance functions, prepare securities filings, maintain corporate records, assist in preparing SEC filings, draft and review contracts, and conduct legal research. • Prepare securities filings, draft board materials, minutes, and resolutions, and support corporate governance processes.
• Maintain corporate records, minute books, and entity management databases across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in preparing, proofreading, and filing SEC filings (e.g., Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and Section 16 filings) and maintain compliance calendars.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience in a corporate environment, preferably publicly traded company
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently to complete tasks within given deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma (or GED equivalent) with 5 years’ paralegal work experience
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Law background (e.g., JD, LLM, or other legal education) welcomed
• Creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
• Notary public certification preferred
