Solutions Consultant (OT Integrations)

Join MaintainX as a Solutions Consultant specializing in operational technology (OT) integrations. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to demonstrate how MaintainX connects to various systems that run machines. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of every deal involving machine, sensor, and control system integrations. This position requires strong communication skills in English and may involve travel for customer on-site visits. • Assurer la connexion des technologies opérationnelles (OT) aux systèmes de l'entreprise, en démontrant les connecteurs OT en direct.
• Gérer et soutenir un portefeuille de clients, en fournissant une communication verbale et écrite quotidienne en anglais.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de vente, d'implémentation et de produit pour garantir que chaque intégration est vendue avec les bons services.

• Working knowledge of OT data sources such as SCADA, historians, PLCs or industrial gateways
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role: solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, implementation, integrations or similar
• Experience running several evaluations at once while keeping every technical detail straight
• Experience designing or supporting API-based integrations, data workflows or automation
• Real exposure to manufacturing or industrial operations, and how work gets done on the plant floor
• Ability to explain data flows to an operations manager and an IT lead in the same meeting, and adjust to each
• Hands-on with Ignition, Kepware, MQTT or OPC UA
• Experience with integration tools such as Workato, Boomi, or Zapier, or ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Background in condition-based or predictive maintenance
