Senior Product Manager (Code Translation & Developer Tooling)

Join Code Metal as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll own product strategy and execution for a core outcome area. You'll work closely with customers, engineers, and solutions engineering to turn deep technical capability into products that solve real problems across various industries. This is a growth role with a focus on a specific subset of pipelines and customer scenarios, with room to expand into adjacent scenarios over time. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end roadmap, customer discovery, and prioritization of product decisions.

• Own product strategy and execution for Code Metal's core outcome areas, focusing on code translation and modernization across languages and standards.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and solutions engineering to turn technical capabilities into products that solve real problems across various industries.
• Conduct customer discovery with technical stakeholders, quickly ramp into unfamiliar technical domains, and synthesize what you learn into clear product direction.

• Comfortable engaging with technical concepts such as language semantics, toolchains, or hardware constraints
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve as new information emerges
• 5+ years of Product Management experience building technical software products
• Demonstrated MVP thinking: the ability to scope the smallest valuable slice of a problem rather than defaulting to the full solution
• Self-awareness about the edges of your own expertise, and a track record of learning new technical domains quickly
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new industries, technologies, and customer domains without requiring deep prior subject-matter expertise
• Experience owning software products from discovery through launch in a technical B2B, enterprise, or platform environment
• Must be able to pass a standard background check
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across executive, technical, and customer audiences
• Strong customer discovery and user research skills, with experience translating insights into roadmap decisions
• Experience bringing new products from concept through launch in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Prior exposure to automotive, kernel development, aerospace, semiconductor, or regulated/safety-critical industries
• Experience working directly with highly technical customers, engineers, and domain experts
• Experience building developer tools, platform products, compilers, embedded systems, or other technically sophisticated products where the customer is often another engineer or technical team
