Manager of Product Management

Join Cboe Clear U.S. as a Manager of Product Management. In this individual-contributor role, you will design and implement the clearing product roadmap for CFTC and SEC regulated listed products. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external Clearing Member Firms, contribute to product vision and roadmap planning, and own the planning and execution of assigned feature releases. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in business analysis or product management, and proficiency in project management tools.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in feature release workflows
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated ability to own projects independently from requirements through delivery
• Ability to translate business features into written product requirements and acceptance criteria
• 7+ years' experience in business analysis or product management, preferably at a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), Covered Clearing Agency, Exchange, Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), Broker-Dealer, or Bank
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to inform stakeholders across technical and business teams feature requirements and implementation statuses
• Comfortable balancing attention to detail with a broader view of platform priorities
• Exposure to tokenization technologies or digital asset markets
• Proven experience in Agile and the software development lifecycle
• Proficient in leveraging the Atlassian software suite (including Jira and Confluence) for project management and collaboration
• Working knowledge of clearing/middle office platforms: FIS, ION, Broadridge
