Senior People Business Partner

• Act as a strategic HR partner to client group leadership teams, understanding their business goals and connecting actionable People strategies to the success of the business.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design, including evaluating the impact of emerging technologies and AI on future-ready team structures.
• Coach leaders through core talent decisions, including talent review, succession planning, change management, and leadership effectiveness.

• Experience leading talent strategy, org design, and cross-functional people initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical and operational thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, solve complex problems, and build scalable, strategic solutions
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to coach and communicate across all levels of the organization; up, down, and across
• 7+ years of experience in HR/HRBP, including demonstrated success directly partnering with and influencing executive-level leadership
• Demonstrated comfort leveraging AI and modern HR technologies to optimize HR processes, generate data-driven insights, and scale People operations
• Demonstrated success operating in a high-growth, rapidly evolving company with complex global distributed teams
