Sales Enablement Specialist

Join Filevine as a Sales Enablement Specialist, where you will be responsible for training and developing new Business Development Representatives (BDRs) from their first day through ongoing skill development. You will run the monthly onboarding program, build the training curriculum, manage the mentor program, and use performance data to improve all aspects of the training process. Your goal is to get BDRs productive faster and keep them improving.

• Gestion du programme d'intégration mensuel, de la construction du curriculum de formation, de la gestion du programme de mentorat et de l'utilisation des données de performance pour améliorer ces aspects.
• Coaching des nouveaux BDR lors des appels en direct et fourniture de retours d'expérience, conception de programmes de coaching pour améliorer la conversion SQL-to-SAL.

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, BDR/BDR training, or sales leadership (preferably in SaaS)
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience developing and facilitating training programs for inbound and outbound sales
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, GTM Buddy)
• Strong instructional design skills and experience with adult learning principles
• Background in instructional design or learning & development
• Experience designing certification paths and persona-based enablement strategies
• Familiarity with legal tech or complex, multi-persona sales cycles
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying BDR or AE role
