- You understand that effective executive support goes far beyond calendar management

- You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with stakeholders at every level

- Experience supporting defense, aerospace, government contracting, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries is a plus

- Experience supporting executives in fast-paced, high-growth, startup, defense, aerospace, technology, or similarly dynamic environments
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and modern productivity tools
- Experience managing executive calendars, travel, meetings, and organizational priorities
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and operate with professionalism and discretion
- Experience supporting executive meetings, leadership offsites, or cross-functional initiatives is preferred
- 5+ years supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams
