Operations Supervisor

Join our team as an Operations Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality rental operations and a customer-centric experience. As the on-site leader, you will drive operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey within your city. This hands-on role involves overseeing daily operations, executing rental workflows, tracking KPIs, promoting ancillary products, and maintaining fleet readiness. You will also coordinate daily shifts and task allocation across the small team.

• Oversee the daily operations of a small depot, executing and coordinating all workflows personally due to the reduced team size.
• Track daily KPIs, promote ancillary products through value-based selling, and conduct basic RV/van checks.
• Coordinate daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation across the small team, including demonstrating SOPs and onboarding tasks for new hires.

• English proficiency (mandatory) and French (nice to have)
• Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak seasons, ensuring operational continuity
• Strong hands-on operational capability, with the ability to step into daily depot workflows
• Driving License (Category B) required
• Comfortable performing physical tasks as needed, lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg)
• 2 - 4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle physical tasks during high-volume periods
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods, supporting urgent operational needs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg) and able to stand, walk, and move across the depot for long periods
