Job Description

Join WEKA, a leading data management company, as a Partner Marketing Specialist. In this high-ownership execution role, you will work closely with field and partner marketing managers, alliances, finance, and partner contacts to drive execution into the market. You will manage the Marketing Development Fund lifecycle, support regional field marketing managers, coordinate quarterly regional partner webinars, and collaborate with product marketing on joint solution launches. This position offers a range of benefits, including stock options, health insurance, and professional development assistance.

  • You also understand that partner marketing only matters if it fills the pipeline. You connect every MDF dollar, webinar, and campaign back to primarily marketing sourced, however also track influenced opportunities, and you flag what's working — and what isn't — to the field and campaign teams you support
  • You're an operator. You take pride in running many work streams in parallel without dropping balls — an MDF claim closing out while a webinar goes live and a portal updates ships. You bring structure to processes that involve money, external stakeholders, and deadlines, and people trust you with them because you're organized, responsive, and auditable
  • You write clear, professional communications, you represent WEKA well with partner marketing counterparts, and you know how to keep external stakeholders moving without owning the relationship — regional field marketing managers own their partner relationships; you will help drive the execution across the teams
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in partner, channel, or field marketing in enterprise technology
  • Experience with partner portal administration (Impartner, Salesforce PRM, or similar) is a plus.
  • Located in North America with the ability to travel up to 15%
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo or similar), a CRM (Salesforce), and webinar tooling
  • Strong project management instincts, with the ability to run many parallel workstreams accurately and on deadline
  • Clear, professional written communication — this role is partner-facing daily
  • Demonstrated ability to run budget-tracked processes with external stakeholders; direct experience with MDF or co-op programs is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Comfort working across time zones with regional marketers and partner contacts
  • If you are excited about this position but are concerned your past work experience doesn't match up perfectly with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles at WEKA
