GTM Engineer

Join Siro as our first dedicated GTM Engineer. In this builder role, you will create and automate data flows that drive our customer acquisition efforts. You will own the GTM data layer, ensuring data integrity and maintaining documentation. Collaborate closely with GTM leaders, refine analysis and reporting, and develop a point of view on system improvements. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in data science or GTM engineering, strong Python and SQL skills, and a curiosity about sales teams.

• Construire et automatiser les flux de données GTM de bout en bout, en transformant les exigences définies en déclencheurs et en pipelines.
• Assurer la qualité des données dans nos systèmes de vérité source (CRM, entrepôt de données), en maintenant les définitions de champ, les intégrations et la logique de synchronisation.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les leaders GTM pour tester les portées, estimer les efforts et faire des recommandations basées sur les données.

• A track record of taking a spec from someone else and shipping it reliably, on time, and with strong judgment on edge cases that require accounting for
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science, data or analytics engineering, and/or GTM engineering
• An AI-forward mindset, ideally from using LLMs or AI agents inside workflows
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, API integrations, and/or ETL workflows
• Clear written communications. You can explain a technical tradeoff to a sales leader in a few sentences
• Curiosity about how sales teams work and what makes them win
• Experience with GTM tools such as Clay, , and/or Deepline
• Comfort working with CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce) and its messiness
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
• Familiarity with outbound platforms such as Nooks, Outreach, and/or Trelllus
• A technical degree (CS, statistics, math, engineering) or equivalent experience
