Global B2B & Product Marketing Specialist (Small & Medium Enterprises)

Join Mastercard as a Global B2B & Product Marketing Specialist focused on Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In this role, you will support the growth of our SME business by working across various teams to bring new solutions and initiatives to market. You will be responsible for sales enablement, content development, digital marketing, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn about new products and market trends.

• Support the development and execution of global marketing initiatives for SME solutions and priority growth segments.
• Develop customer-facing sales enablement and marketing assets, including presentations, thought leadership, videos, and other supporting collateral.
• Manage project plans, timelines, stakeholder reviews, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Naturally curious with a willingness to learn about new products, customer segments, and market trends
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, product management or a related field
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment and collaborating with stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels of the organization
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability
• Experience within financial services, payments, fintech, or technology industries is a plus
