Manager, Solutions Engineering

As a Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will support strategic merchants throughout the sales, solutioning, integration, and go-live lifecycle. You will combine technical expertise, commercial judgment, and strong customer engagement skills to deliver practical solutions. This role requires experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, as well as a strong understanding of API-based integrations.

• Partner with Sales and Account Management on top 500 opportunities, shaping technical engagement plans and helping teams position the right solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, workshops, and presentations for merchant stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions using APIs, products, payment methods, and integration patterns.
