Accounting Intern (2027 Semester 1) - Generation H

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as an Accounting Intern for the 2027 Semester 1. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in the accounting and finance field while contributing to the legacy of a renowned company. The internship will take place in-person at the Hermès US corporate headquarters in New York City and will last for five months. Interns will receive an hourly wage of $20.00 and will have the option to work full-time or part-time to accommodate their academic schedule.

• Monitoring, investigating, and reporting credit card disputes, and collaborating with the store directors to ensure responses are submitted to merchant services in a timely manner.
• Participating in the periodic hard close process including performing balance sheet account reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies, and performing clearing activities in SAP.
• Assisting with the Lease Accounting Project by creating/updating a dynamic excel database of leases and other related documents, and completing new Lease Abstract Form for all leases.
