• Architect Strategic Programs by translating high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines.
• Drive Execution with Chairman-Standard Rigor by owning initiatives from kickoff through outcomes, setting the pace, and maintaining altitude and detail.
• Align Stakeholders Across Levels and Functions by influencing without authority, driving accountability through clarity, and managing projects that touch internal teams and external partners.
