Senior Director of Performance Marketing

You will set the vision, influence the product, and remain hands-on in the campaigns. • Strategist and builder. You can design a multi-channel growth strategy in the morning and be deep in campaign structure and bidding logic by afternoon. You'd rather own the work than delegate it
• Technical Expertise: Deep experience in media mix modeling, incrementality testing, paid acquisition channels, and attribution models
• Executive-ready. You're comfortable with the C-suite. You bring a point of view, back it with data, and influence decisions
