Royalty Data Specialist

Join Duetti, a leading music technology company, as a Royalty Data Specialist. In this critical role, you will transform raw music royalty statements into reliable, structured, and actionable data. You will work closely with various teams to continuously improve our core operations and have a measurable impact on the business. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with Python, and a passion for improving processes.

• Review, validate, and process music royalty statements from major distributors and DSPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Transform complex financial reports into standardized datasets used throughout the company, and build Python tools to automate repetitive workflows.
• Collaborate with Investment and Research teams to ensure processed data supports pricing and underwriting decisions, and monitor operational metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
• Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying anomalies
• Experience using AI tools to automate operational workflows
• Experience in music, streaming, royalties, or financial technology
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or data visualization tools
• Experience with ETL pipelines or data engineering workflows
• Experience working with financial reports or operational datasets
