Head of Talent Acquisition

Join D-Matrix, a leading company in AI inference, as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for global talent attraction, assessment, selection, and recruiting execution across multiple countries. You will elevate the employer brand, raise talent density, and personally close exceptional technical and leadership talent. Additionally, you will lead and develop recruiters and sourcers, manage agencies and budgets, and own recruiting dashboards and KPIs. • Executive presence and the credibility to advise and challenge C-suite and technical leaders, with strong business acumen and communication skills
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership in high-growth technology
• Experience leading recruiters, sourcers, and external partners, with strong command of recruiting analytics, dashboards, ATS technology, and global recruiting operations
• Experience building an employer value proposition and implementing structured, fair selection practices that raise talent density
• Track record of scaling recruiting capabilities in fast-moving environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to attract, assess, negotiate with, and close technical and leadership talent against well-resourced competitors
• Experience leading recruiting across multiple international markets and supporting geographic expansion
• Experience in AI, semiconductors, hardware, infrastructure, or adjacent deep technology
• Familiarity with Ashby
• Track record of differentiating an emerging technology company in competitive talent markets
