Sales Enablement Programs Manager

Join ExtraHop as a Sales Enablement Programs Manager, where you'll oversee eLearning programs and content to drive revenue growth. • Oversight of ExtraHop eLearning programs, content, materials, and systems to drive a positive impact to revenue teams.
• Design and creation of learning experiences (eLearning courses, paths, guides, videos) for onboarding, ramping, readiness, and ongoing effectiveness.
• Collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality and impactful learning experiences through content, messaging, visuals, videos, and materials.

• Basic video editing and production skills
• Learning Management System experience (Lessonly, SkillJar, Docebo, and others)
• Sales enablement platforms (HighSpot, Showpad, Seismic, and others)
• Experience with sales methodologies, frameworks, and processes
• 4 year college degree
• Learning design tools
• Live facilitation experience (over Zoom/Teams or in-person classroom)
• 5 Years of experience in revenue enablement in creating eLearning, enablement programs, facilitating learning sessions, and driving positive impact to sales teams
• Cloud office suites: Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365
• Certifications or training in revenue enablement courses and programs
• Experience planning, designing, and creating learning experiences for revenue-generating teams (SDR, BDR, sales, sales engineering)
