Staff Full Stack Engineer (Health)

• Deep experience with Typescript, Next.js, React and modern frontend tooling
• Experience shipping production Node and JVM (Java, Kotlin, Scala) applications

• Working experience with backend systems (service APIs, data processing, messaging services) in a microservice-based architecture
• You love figuring things out and understanding how they work end-to-end
• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on building user-facing web applications
• Experience building scalable frontend architecture, including state management, component design, and performance optimization
• Have built and operated consumer-facing web products at scale, where performance and reliability are non-negotiable
• Care equally about the system you're building and the experience it delivers — modern web design fundamentals and UX instincts inform how you write code
• Have experience working on distributed teams across time zones and borders
• Thrive in a face-paced, startup-like environment
• Are data-driven by nature - you use data to make decisions regularly
