Corporate Strategy Intern (2027)

Join Motorola Solutions as a Corporate Strategy Intern for a comprehensive 12-week paid internship program. You will work alongside the senior strategy team, supporting strategic planning, market insights, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling activities. This internship offers hands-on experience with real problems that need real solutions, and the opportunity to collaborate with other departments and interns.

• Support the strategic planning process by analyzing industry trends, the competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Create statistical models to identify key trends/patterns in data, forecast business performance, and simulate the impact of strategic options.
• Conduct research and benchmark industry best practices, collaborating with other members of the strategy team on projects.

• High proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Experience with statistical analysis and financial modeling
• Strong time management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams simultaneously
• Ability to identify correlation and causation and draw insights among multiple factors
• Ability to structure complex problems in simple, easy-to-understand ways
• Comfort with fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments
• Currently seeking a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related major
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date on or after December 2027
