IT Systems Engineer

• Construire, soutenir et faire évoluer les systèmes internes de l'entreprise, gérer les demandes d'infrastructure informatique et traiter les escalades de l'équipe de support informatique.
• Collaborer avec les ingénieurs, les chefs de programme et les partenaires pour exécuter des projets, gérer des données critiques et mettre en œuvre et maintenir l'infrastructure.
• Agir en tant qu'administrateur principal des systèmes pour des outils clés tels qu'Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Claude, GitHub, et travailler avec l'équipe informatique pour mettre en œuvre et maintenir les intégrations.

• You are an excellent communicator with a passion for technology, mentoring others and delivering world-class services
• Proven track record administering core IT platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub, Claude and Slack
• Excellent working knowledge of identity access management systems, services and protocols (SAML, SCIM, LDAP, OAuth2.0/OIDC), and some proficiency in scripting languages (Python (preferred), Shell
• Proficiency in building automations using tools like Okta Workflows, Jira Automations, and Slack Workflows
• An AI-first mentality having enabled tools like Claude and ChatGPT for your colleagues and using those tools to manage your workflows
• Understanding of security and compliance methodologies and practices, including experience with security incident response processes and tools
• 5+ years IT systems engineering experience in a distributed, enterprise IT environment
• A history of managing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or GitOps
