Software Engineer (EPD Ads)

Join Pinterest's Monetization Engineering team as a Software Engineer. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build robust frameworks and features that empower developers and users alike. You'll have the opportunity to create and drive new initiatives, from inception to release. The role requires proficiency in common backend and frontend tech stacks, strong collaboration and communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years of industry experience in full-stack or backend development.

• Experience in following best practices in writing reliable and maintainable code that may be used by many other engineers
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in one or more common backend and frontend tech stacks: e.g. Javascript, React, API, storage, caching and data processing
• Ability to keep up-to-date with new technologies to understand what should be incorporated
• Minimum 2 years of industry full-stack or backend development experience, building consumer or business facing products
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
