Principal Product Operations Manager (Launches)

As the Principal Product Operations Manager, you will build and lead a Launch Operations team, ensuring clear visibility across upcoming product launches and keeping cross-functional teams aligned. • Comfort working with product roadmap tools (Aha!, Productboard) and issue tracking software (e.g. Jira, Linear); familiarity with spreadsheets and basic analytics is a must
• Good understanding of product and software development lifecycles across different launch scales (new products vs. enhancements
• Proven experience running effective accountability rhythms (recurring reviews, status dashboards, operating cadence) that build trust and drive results through influence
• 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or cross-functional tech operations inside product or engineering teams
• Clear written communication style that makes progress updates and key takeaways easy to digest for leadership and partner teams
• Ability to establish practical, hands-on processes today while identifying opportunities to automate and scale over time
• Demonstrated success managing or building a team of contractors and FTEs from the ground up
• Experience building a team or operational function from scratch
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or another fast-moving technology space
• Experience managing cross-functional go-to-market workflows across Legal, Product Marketing, Sales, Support, and Engineering
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM systems or connecting commercial data with product planning tools
