Senior Manager of Venture Operations

Join Zocdoc, a fast-growing tech company, as a Senior Manager of Venture Operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional leadership to drive operational excellence and incremental growth for our Ventures business. You will own the planning, definition, coordination, and operationalizing of cross-functional initiatives, and serve as the conduit between the Operations organization and non-dedicated cross-functional teams. This is a high-visibility role that requires a passion for strategy and execution, as well as the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting.

• Plan, define, coordinate, and operationalize cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Translate strategic priorities into thoughtful deployment plans that incorporate operational realities and enable rapid execution.
• Identify and clear obstacles that slow velocity and/or put company objectives at risk, serving as a conduit between the Operations organization and non-dedicated cross-functional teams.

• 6+ years of work experience in strategy and/or operations roles such as business/revenue/sales operations, product, program management, project management, or expansion
• The willingness to roll up your sleeves and be resourceful to solve ambiguous challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with internal teams
